STEAM TUNNEL

Modular tunnel made up of one or more steaming chambers and one or more ventilation chambers for the continuous garments ironing.

The tunnel is featuring the following characteristics:
* touch screen programmer
* chain conveyor with adjustable speed (programmable)
* steaming chamber divided in three sectors: upper, lower and bottom
* programmable quantity of steam and temperature
* two incoming inflatable rollers and two inflatable rollers for the separation between the steaming chambers and ventilation chambers
* automatic loader complete with hanger separator
* acoustic signal for garments fall of each chamber (visible also on the touch screen)
* partial and total production counter
* motor for extraction of steam excess complete with filter for the steaming chamber.
* ventilations chambers’ cleaning filters
* ventilations chambers with tangential motor and with programmable air speed and temperature
